Shipping 

All my hats are made to order. Hats usually start production within 24 hours of placing an order. Because of the handmade nature of our hats, you will be notified if it will take longer than 7 days to ship out your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Domestic orders will ship via UPS. International orders will ship via UPS.
Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included.

RETURNS

Hat Returns
All hat orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, Vlada wants you to absolutely love your hat and to love wearing it for many years. In the unlikely event, your hat does not fit you properly, we are more than happy to make any necessary size adjustments.
